
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities as sellers and your rights as a buyer. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order.SUBMISSION & CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
• Buyer must submit an Order Form with complete information including full name, contact details, shipping address and mode of payment. Items will not be purchased if we do not receive an Order Form from the buyer.• Buyer will receive an Invoice through email if desired item/s have been secured by the seller. If the buyer does not receive any Invoice it means the order is not confirmed.• Once Order Form has been submitted, cancellation is not allowed. Should a buyer wish to cancel his/her order for any justifiable reason, we will assess a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total amount ordered. Please note that buyers must submit supporting documents as proof to certify the purpose of cancellation.• Change of shipping address will be permitted until item/s have not yet been packed for local delivery. Kindly inform sellers ahead if you wish to modify the delivery address.PAYMENT
Downpayment (DP)
• To secure your order, a Downpayment (DP) is required. We offer several DP options for your convenience:30% DP — Balance payable after 1 month
50% DP — Balance payable after 1 month
70% DP — Balance payable once the item arrives at our PH address
Note: For shoes, a minimum of 50% DP is required.LONG DOP (Long Downpayment Plan)
Available only for specific items/products — not all orders qualify.- 1st Downpayment (DP): Minimum of 30% upon order confirmation.
- 2nd Downpayment: 50% of the remaining balance, due 1 month after the 1st DP.
- Rembalance (Final Balance): Remaining 50% of the balance, due 15 days after the 2nd DP.• Buyer must submit proof of payment through the Payment Form. No submission of Payment Form shall be regarded as no payment.• Seller will issue an Acknowledgement Receipt once payment has been verified. This process will take 2-3 working days for payments made through bank deposit.• Buyer must pay Downpayment fee within 3 days upon receiving Invoice and settle balance on or before the stated due date.• If no downpayment is received within 3 days from the date of invoice, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be marked as a bogus buyer and blocked from placing future orders.Balances• Due dates are always found on the invoice, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check them upon ordering.• A ₱20 per day fee will be imposed for overdue payments. We will send an initial reminder, but if the balance remains unsettled, late fees will start to apply.INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL SHIPPING
• Buyer must understand and agree that items will take approximately a period of 6-8 weeks from the date of shipment OUT of South Korea address.• Items will be shipped through sea cargo. The Seller is not to be responsible for any time lost or delays due to Acts of God, breakdown of vessel, or other cause comprehended in the term ‘force majeure’ or other circumstances or event beyond the reasonable control of the Sellers at loadport or elsewhere preventing the forwarding of goods to the loadport.• If delay in shipment is likely to occur for any of the above reasons, the Seller shall serve a notice on Buyers. The notice shall state the reason/s anticipated delay.• Once items have arrived in the Philippines, Buyer will be notified through email.• The Seller does not accept rush shipping. Buyer must understand that sorting, checking and packing of goods take time to ensure the security and protection of the items until its final destination.• All item/s will be shipped through local courier J&T Express and Flash Express. Buyer will shoulder local shipping fee expenses which will be included on the Invoice. Shall Buyer wish to request another courier, he/she must notify Seller beforehand and pay the shipping fee difference.DEFECTS AND DAMAGES ON PRODUCTS
• Product defects or damages such as dents, scratches, cracks, discoloration or incomplete inclusions are inevitable parts of mass production.• Products are sealed and enclosed in a package therefore there is no way that Seller will be able to determine nor test whether the item is defective or damaged (e.g. Lightsticks) therefore Buyer shall take the risk in ordering goods especially fragile ones.• Seller will not be able to exchange nor refund the Buyer for defective or damaged items that are sealed.• Seller and supplier will ensure that goods will be handled with utmost care, well packed and safeguarded securely before shipping so that they may reach the Buyer in the best condition as possible.• Seller does NOT take responsibility for items that have been damaged or lost after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage from both international or local couriers.• In the event that the Seller is at fault by failing to provide the correct order, Seller will take full accountability and issue a refund to the Buyer. Circumstances under the said conditions include: wrong item, wrong size/color in clothing, bags or shoes or wrong quantity.• If the Seller is at fault, Buyer may consider as well to return and have the product exchanged. However, this process may take longer to process as items are shipped from South Korea.• To request for a refund or exchange of item, the Buyer must submit an unboxing video within two (2) days of receiving the parcel. Seller has the right to refuse the item if the Buyer fails to comply with the given instruction.• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or contains missing parts for reasons not due to Seller's error will be rejected.AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS
Rest assured you can order with confidence from us as we guarantee all our products are genuine and sourced directly from the brand or official distributors. For your peace of mind, you may request a proof of purchase from us and we will gladly provide it to you.However, please be advised that there are some cases in which the brand or distributor do not furnish a physical copy of the receipt inside the box as majority of the items are purchased online.DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.To proceed with your order, we have to process and store your data, and provide your data to third parties who are directly involved with your order, e.g. our couriers. By placing an order with us, you agree to your data being processed by The Seoul Way.
